had a really nice time last night with some local friends. the highlight was many rounds of Rock Band (1 and 2) for the PS3. i like the wii generally, but the PS3 version had way more songs. i've figured out the secret to vocals is volume. easy and medium modes are very forgiving of pitch if you've got good volume (and the words don't matter at all). this revelation led to a handful of 100% rounds for me, which is nice since the last time i tried anything competitive there i got my butt kicked in (real) wrestling. drums still kick my butt, though.
